②Adopt the cooling and sizing system independently developed by our company, and use water circulation to cool ABS (PP, HDPE) raw materials. Such a special design can make the extruded pipe have a stable diameter and roundness, which is suitable for the production of thick-walled pipes.
③The specially designed all-stainless steel lengthened vacuum sizing box can ensure stable diameter size and roundness. The speed control system is used to make the traction speed stable.
④The whole production line is controlled by PLC system, which is easy and convenient to operate.
