1. Can I install floor heating?

Ⅱ. HOW TO IINSTALL SPC FLOOR SHEET IN RIGHT WAY?

1. The first step of SPC floor installation:

ground detection, use temperature and humidity meter to detect temperature and humidity, indoor temperature and surface temperature should be 15 ℃, should not be constructed below 5 ℃ and above 30 ℃. The relative air humidity suitable for construction should be between 20% -75%. Use the moisture content tester to detect the moisture content of the base layer. The moisture content of the base layer should be less than 3%. The strength of the base should not be lower than the requirement of concrete strength C-20, otherwise a suitable self-leveling should be used to strengthen the strength. The test result with the hardness tester should be that the surface hardness of the base layer is not less than 1.2 MPa. For the construction of stone-plastic floor materials, the unevenness of the base should be within 2 meters of the straightedge, and the height difference should be less than 2 mm, otherwise a suitable self-leveling should be used for leveling.

2. The second step of SPC floor installation:

floor pretreatment, using a floor grinding machine with more than 1000 watts and appropriate grinding discs to polish the floor as a whole, removing paint, glue and other residues, raised and loose plots The plots with empty drums must also be removed. Use an industrial vacuum cleaner of not less than 2000 watts to clean the floor. For cracks on the floor, it can be repaired by using quartz sand on the surface of stainless steel reinforcement and polyurethane waterproof adhesive.

3. The third step of SPC floor installation:

self-leveling construction-priming. Absorbing base layers such as concrete and cement mortar screed should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1: 1 using a multi-purpose interface treatment agent and then sealed and primed. For non-absorbent substrates such as tiles, terrazzo, marble, etc., it is recommended to use a dense interface treatment agent for primer. If the moisture content of the base layer is too high (> 3%) and it needs to be constructed immediately, the epoxy interface treatment agent can be used for primer treatment, but the premise is that the moisture content of the base layer should not be greater than 8%. The construction of the interface treatment agent should be uniform without obvious liquid accumulation. After the surface of the interface treatment agent is air-dried, the next step of self-leveling construction can be carried out.

4. The fourth step of SPC floor installation:

self-leveling construction-mixing, pour a packet of self-leveling into the mixing bucket filled with clean water according to the specified water-cement ratio, and stir while pouring. In order to ensure uniform self-leveling stirring, a high-power, low-speed electric drill with a special stirrer must be used for stirring. Stir until a homogeneous slurry without lumps, let it sit and cook for about 3 minutes, then stir briefly again. The amount of water added should strictly follow the water-cement ratio (please refer to the corresponding self-leveling instructions). Too little water will affect mobility. Too much will reduce the strength after curing.

5. The fifth step of SPC floor installation:

self-leveling construction-laying, pour the mixed self-leveling slurry on the construction floor, it will flow and level the ground by itself, if the design thickness is ≤ mm, you need to use a special The tooth scraper is slightly scraped. After that, the construction personnel should put on special spiked shoes and enter the construction ground. Use a special self-leveling deflation roller to gently roll on the self-leveling surface to release the air mixed in to avoid air bubbles and interface height differences. After the construction is completed, please close the site immediately. It is forbidden to walk within 5 hours, avoid heavy objects within 10 hours, and lay stone-plastic floors after 24 hours. In winter construction, the floor should be laid after 48 hours of self-leveling construction. If you need to polish and polish the self-leveling, it should be carried out after 12 o'clock.

4.Cells or layers of bubbles appear on the cross section.
