The Performance characteristics:

Sub-tube production process:
1. Preheating of the extruder
2. Mix PE granules with masterbatch granules into the hopper of a single screw extruder
3. Start the extruder to rotate the screw to plasticize the material and push it in the direction of the machine head
4. After the plasticized material passes through the machine head and mold, it enters the molding machine for vacuum molding and is rapidly water cooled
5. The formed sub-tube is pulled out of the molding machine by the traction machine
