(1) Formula of shoe sole material:
Formula 1: Waste soft PVC 100kg
Flame retardant, colorant 2 kg
Petroleum esters 15 kg
(Eg: third-line oil, second-line oil, dioctyl ester, etc.)
Barium stearate 1 kg
Carbon black 0.1 kg
Recipe 2: Waste shoe sole material (referring to PVC sole) 100 kg
Dioxin 6 kg
Barium stearate 1 kg
Calcium stearate 1.5 kg
Chlorinated paraffin 1 kg
The functions and symbols of the above additives:
Flame retardant, colorant, ferric chloride: Fe2o3
Barium stearate, cadmium stearate, zinc, calcium, etc. are commonly used metal soap stabilizers, lubricants:
Barium stearate: BaSt
Cadmium stearate: CdSt
Zinc stearate: ZnSt
Calcium stearate: CaSt
Chlorinated paraffin: The commonly used chlorine content is 42% and 52%. The advantages are low volatility, non-combustion, low price, and plasticizing effect, which is to improve the technical indicators of plastics.
PCL (chlorinated paraffin)-50 (how much chlorine content): refers to chlorinated paraffin with a chlorine content of 50%.
2. Recycled film material made from waste PVC film material
Recipe: Waste PVC film material 100kg
Plasticizer (dioctyl ester) 5-15 kg
(For example: dioctyl ester, second factory ester, and such high cost, you can also use second-line oil, third-line oil, etc., low-cost oil ester depends on the actual situation)
Stabilizer (trisalt) About 3 kg
(Such as: tri-salt, di-salt, barium stearate, cadmium, zinc, calcium, etc. can be used at the same time, or can be used alone)
Lubricant (barium stearate) 1 kg
(Eg: chlorinated paraffin or barium stearate, zinc, calcium, etc.)
Note: Stabilizer and lubricant cannot use an auxiliary agent at the same time, that is, when barium stearate is used as a stabilizer, the lubricant should be chlorinated paraffin or paraffin. If you want to slightly change the performance of its plastic, you can also use the following method to simply improve a certain performance of the plastic:
Waste: 100 kg, adding 2 kg of dioctyl ester can improve its softness.
