The main machine of the insulation pipe production line uses a new type of high-efficiency single-screw extruder manufactured by the latest technology, and is driven by a motor to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The host temperature control system is composed of Siemens PLC control system plus expansion modules, and the temperature difference is controlled at 0.5°C.

The mold adopts a spiral structure, and the heating ring has more partitions, and the temperature adjustment of each area of the mold is controllable. Vacuum calibrating box and spray cooling box method use stainless steel material, water cutting processing and modular design. Nozzle quick-change joint, easy to clean, bid farewell to the chronic problem of difficult installation and disassembly of fixed installation. The crawler tractor has the advantages of simple operation, less waste pipe, large traction force and stable operation. The feed rocker arm of the cutting machine is made of steel structure, which is high in strength and durable. PE insulation pipes are widely used in liquid and gas transportation pipe networks, chemical industry, central heating heating network and central air-conditioning ventilation pipes, etc. The jacket tube saves energy, has good anti-corrosion and insulation properties, and has a long service life. The products are all equipped with leakage alarm lines, which are highly safe. If the pipeline leaks, the alarm line will function, and the exact position and degree of the leakage of the insulation pipeline will be shown on the special detection instrument, which is convenient for the leak inspectors to repair the leaking pipe section.
