② Emergency stop. Once an emergency occurs during the operation of the twin-screw extruder unit, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately (or the host will be shut down individually when the faulty local stop button is pressed); after the emergency stop, remember to break the main motor and feed motor Adjust the speed control knob to zero position, and shut down other help systems. After troubleshooting, restart the vehicle in the normal driving sequence.
③ Disassembly steps of twin-screw extruder. It has the same content as the single screw extruder. If the PVC or POM and other heat sensitive materials are extruded and then parked, it is usually necessary to use polyolefin plastic to squeeze out the materials in the barrel to avoid overheating and decomposition of the materials due to too long heating time before the next drive. If necessary, dismantle the car for cleaning. When disassembling the car, you should loosen the head flange while hot, remove the filter plate and filter screen, and then start the screw to run, extrude the remaining material in the barrel, pull out the screw while hot, and then use a copper rod or copper shovel to speed Clean the residual materials in the machine head, screw and barrel. After the liquidation, the machine parts should be returned to the place in time. If stored, a little anti-rust oil should be applied. The screw should be suspended when placed.
