1. Overview of MPP Power Management
The MPP power pipe uses modified polypropylene as the main raw material, which does not require a large amount of dredging, earth excavation and road surface destruction. It lays pipes and cables in special sections such as roads, railways, buildings, and riverbeds. Compared with the "buried pipe method", the trenchless power pipe project is more suitable for the current environmental protection requirements, removing the dusty, traffic jam and other disturbances caused by the traditional construction. This technology can also be used in areas where excavation operations cannot be carried out. Lay pipelines, such as monument protection areas, downtown areas, crop and farmland protection areas, highways, rivers, etc.
Features of high temperature resistance and external pressure resistance, suitable for high voltage transmission line and cable exhaust pipe of more than 10KV. 110m-250mm, divided into ordinary type and reinforced type. The ordinary type is suitable for the excavation and laying construction and the non-excavation crossing construction with a buried depth less than 4M; the enhanced type is suitable for the non-excavation crossing construction with a buried depth greater than 4M.
2. Common specifications of MPP power tube:
The length of the regular MPP pipe is 6m or 9m each.
The diameters of common MPP tubes are 110mm, 160mm, 180mm, 200mm, 225mm, 250mm.
Among them, the 110mm diameter MPP pipe is usually thin and thick, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm;
160mm diameter MPP pipes are commonly used in thin and thick thicknesses of 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, and 12mm;
180mm caliber MPP pipe is commonly used in thin and thick 10mm, 12mm, 15mm;
200mm diameter MPP pipes are commonly used in thin and thick layers of 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 15mm, 16mm;
225mm diameter MPP pipe commonly used wall thickness is 15mm, 18mm;
250mm diameter MPP pipe commonly used wall thickness is 17mm, 20mm.
In practical applications, the length, diameter and wall thickness of MPP pipes can be customized.
