At present, there are two types of wood-plastic extrusion production lines: one-step method and two-step method: one-step method is often used to produce PVC wood-plastic products, and two-step method is used to produce PP/PE wood-plastic products. The screw barrel adopts bimetal processing, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, good mixing and plasticization, high output, energy saving and consumption reduction, and can be adapted to wood flour or other plant fibers with a filling amount of up to 50-70%. The optimized screw design cuts The force is small, it is not easy to cut the wood fiber, and the material can stay in the machine for an even time. The extruder is single-machine two-stage mixing and direct extrusion, and it can also be extruded in two steps after granulation, which saves electricity and space, has the characteristics of high output, stable extrusion pressure, and good plasticizing and mixing effects.
This production line can produce PE, PP or PVC wood-plastic profiled products, which are mainly used for pallets, packaging boxes, flooring, outdoor decoration materials, etc., with a wide range of uses.
