②, the preparation of tools. For the paving of PVC plastic floors, the corresponding tools should be prepared. ①, grassroots processing. The so-called treatment of the base layer is to treat the ground we need to lay the PVC plastic floor on according to the requirements. For example, you can use a chisel or a wire brush to clean the sand, dust, etc. on the base layer, and then clean the dust on the ground. It is recommended that you use a high-power vacuum cleaner to clean the ground again. Then we can use self-leveling cement to level the ground and then cure to its strength. The last point is to rinse with water, and do not allow any white ash, dust, etc.

②, elastic line. Elastic wire is a key to our control of plastic floor laying process standards. Everyone must pay attention to the elastic line between the plastic floor paving. When the line is stretched, the room is discharged from the installation and paving position of each piece of the plastic floor according to the size of the plastic floor. After that, the cross control line pops up on the ground, and there is the dividing line of the plastic floor. As usual, right-angle planks are used. But it is also possible to pop up 45-degree or 60-degree beveled plank lines. The specific elastic line depends on our paving effect.


③, brush primer. Primer is what we must do before laying vinyl floors. Before paving, I would like to remind everyone that the ground must be cleaned up. On the cleaned ground, we need to brush a uniform primer. The primer is all matched with the plastic floor. After the primer is painted, it is necessary to wait for the primer to dry. After that, we can lay the floor in order from the middle to the four directions along the axis according to the position of our previous elastic line. When paving, it is paving on the ground piece by piece.

④, lay plastic floor. Before laying the plastic floor, wipe the back of the plastic floor clean, usually dry it with a damp cloth. After that, we need to apply glue on the position where the plastic floor is laid and the back of the plastic floor. When brushing on the ground, it should exceed 10mm on each side of the dividing line, and the thickness of the coating should be less than 1mm. Then it can be used to paste the plastic floor. Accurately pave in place according to the elastic paving line at one time, and then paste it tightly. What needs to be reminded here is that the ground glue to be painted should be brushed with the paste, and large-scale painting is not allowed. In this way, the laying of the entire indoor plastic floor can be completed.


(3): Matters needing attention
