Let's first look at the differences between PVC, LVT, SPC and WPC, which are easily confused.
1. In terms of variety
PVC floor, commonly known as plastic floor, is a large category. LVT, SPC and WPC are variants of PVC floor, belonging to the sub-category of PVC.
LVT is the early product of SPC and WPC, which is regarded as the first generation product.
WPC is called wood-plastic floor in China, and SPC is called stone floor in China.

2. In terms of material
The main material of PVC is PVC;
The main material of LVT is more PVC+a small amount of calcium carbonate powder, which is a semi-rigid sheet floor;
The main material of WPC is PVC+wood flour, which is a semi-rigid sheet floor;
The main material of SPC is 25% PVC+75% calcium carbonate powder, which is a hard sheet floor.

3. In terms of purpose
PVC can be used in homes, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, factories, offices and other spaces;
LVT is mainly used in schools, kindergartens, recreation rooms, offices and other places;
WPC is mainly used outdoors, and a small amount will be used indoors, which is also different from the other three;
SPC is suitable for families, hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals and other places.
4. In terms of thickness
The thickness of WPC can be more than 8MM, followed by SPC floor, which is generally 4-7MM, followed by LVT, which is generally not more than 5MM, and the PVC floor is generally 2MM.

5. In terms of installation method

LVT has a variety of different paving methods according to the product style, including adhesive ones and lock ones; WPC outdoor pavement is relatively complex, and the wpc floor needs to be assembled after the keel is fixed; The SPC floor is designed with lock catch, which is easy to lay and can be installed by yourself
