4. Whether the pipeline conveying the raw materials is an anti-static hose or a stainless steel pipeline. When the raw materials are conveyed, there will be static electricity when rubbing with ordinary PVC hoses, and static electricity will cause black spots in the product;
5. Check the dehumidification dryer of raw materials, the regeneration temperature is very high, if the quality of the heating tube is not good, it is easy for black flakes to fall off the outer wall of the heating tube, then fall into the molecular sieve, and then enter the entire system;
6. A special screw barrel is required, because the PC material is very corrosive, and black material will come out as soon as the screw is corrupted.
