Steel formwork:

Steel formwork, also known as (demolition-free formwork mesh), can replace wood formwork, which can significantly reduce the pore water pressure in the concrete pressure and the elimination of air bubbles. The emergence of steel formwork saves a lot of wood and can be reused many times, with a turnover rate of up to 40 times. Steel formwork is easy to do thermal insulation treatment, which is beneficial to the thermal insulation of concrete in winter. It is easy to maintain, and the partially damaged surface can be repaired on site. When one side is worn out, the board can be turned over for use. But its cost is high, the cost per square meter is hundreds of yuan, far higher than the price of wooden formwork, the formwork has small adsorption force, easy demoulding, and heavy, inconvenient hoisting and disassembly during construction, and the number of splicing blocks in use is time-consuming. It is laborious and only suitable for high-rise buildings with uncomplicated shapes.

The hollow plastic board adopts modern chemical HDPE and HDPP materials, which is a light weight (hollow structure), non-toxic and non-polluting. Substituting plastic for wood, plastic for steel, and plastic for bamboo can be recycled more than 50 times. Recycling will not produce harmful waste or toxic gas, reducing damage to the environment.
