Production process
1. Material preparation: weigh 80kg of linear low density polyethylene 7042, 20kg of high-pressure polyethylene 2426h, 0.05kg of antioxidant 1010 and 168, 0.05kg of UV absorber uv5310.06kg, and 5kg to 10kg of black masterbatch (10kg for the film thickness less than 0.001, and 5kg for the film thickness greater than 0.002mm), and mix in the mixer for 5min for standby.
2. Extruder preheating: one group temperature is 150 ℃, two groups temperature is 160 ℃, three groups temperature is 170 ℃, three-way elbow temperature is 160 ℃, die head temperature is 150 ℃, after the temperature reaches the specified data, the constant temperature is 20 minutes.
3. Feeding production: after the prepared materials are added into the hopper, slowly start the main machine, turn on the tractor, Winder, blower, slowly add air, use the knife to cut the film, finally measure the thickness and width, after reaching the predetermined data, start winding, weighing and packaging.
Advantages and disadvantages
1、 Strong ability to maintain fertilizer. The soil covered with black film is in a normal circulation state because of the stable change of soil temperature. The results show that the nutrition indexes of total nitrogen, organic matter, available potassium and alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen in the soil covered with black film are higher than those covered with transparent film.
2、 Good water holding capacity. According to the test, the water content of 5cm underground after the black mulch is 4-10% higher than that of the transparent mulch, no matter two days or 35 days after the mulch.
3、 Prevent adverse effects. Because of the low transmittance of black mulch film and the little radiation heat, the daily change range of soil temperature of the covered soil is small. According to the test, the soil temperature of the black film covered soil is 1-3 ℃ lower than that of the transparent film at the peak of plant growth. Because of the small increase of temperature, it is conducive to the normal growth of crop roots, especially the growth of tomatoes, beans, sweet peppers and other vegetables that do not require high soil temperature.
4、 Increase vegetable production. Because the temperature of black film is less than that of transparent film, especially for some crops whose root system requires low soil temperature, such as tomatoes, green beans, cowpeas, late maturing watermelon, etc., the early yield or total yield of black film mulching can be higher than that of transparent film mulching. According to the experiment, the effect of increasing yield is the most obvious when tomato is covered with black film, and the increase can reach 11.8%. [1]
5、 Inhibit weed growth. Grass damage is a serious problem when using transparent film mulching. When using agricultural black film mulching, the weeds on the ground are difficult to grow because of the lack of light conditions. The measurement shows that after covering the black film with a light transmittance of 5%, there are almost no weeds in the soil one month later. When the agricultural black soil film with a light transmittance of 10% is used to cover the soil, although weeds are produced, the growth capacity is very weak and there will be no disaster. [2]
Disadvantages: temperature rise is not as fast as white mulch. It is difficult to degrade.
