The color is generally gray, white, blue, black, computer color, etc.; PVC hard board is made into various acid and Alkali corrosive chemical equipment. It is widely used in chemical industry, electroplating, smelting, water treatment industry. Nowadays, the construction and decoration materials industry uses PVC board as a template, and the demand is large. But it should not be used as a food container.
2. PVC soft board: a soft board that is formed by extruding plasticizer and other auxiliary materials into PVC.
Specifications: thickness 1--10mm, width 800-1300mm, 50 kg per bundle.
The appearance of the soft board: the surface is smooth and smooth, the texture is soft and tough. The colors are white, green, red heddle, gray, black and other colors.
Uses: It is used for acid and alkali resistant, anti-corrosion equipment lining, and can also be used as general electrical insulation and sealing gasket materials. Operating temperature is -20~40℃
3. PVC transparent board, smooth and flat surface, has the advantages of flame retardant, insulation, moisture proof, heat insulation, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, no deformation, light resistance, anti-fading, good weather resistance, etc. It is widely used in shockproof, anti-corrosion containers , Equipment and electrical shields, light boxes, construction, hardware decoration and indoor and outdoor decoration.
Specification size: thickness is 1.5-20mm, any length X1300mm wide.
4.PVC transparent soft board, smooth surface, no cracks, no bubbles, uniform color, with cold resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance, tensile strength, good light transmittance, long service life and other characteristics, can be used as civil decoration, but also As an industrial board, it is mainly used in shops, shopping malls, factory aisle curtain decoration, desktop countertops, etc.
