When testing, use a thickness gauge with a thickness accuracy of 0.01MMM, accurate to 0.01MM, width and length are measured with a tape measure with an accuracy of 1MM, accurate to 1MM, and the thickness measurement is based on the maximum and minimum values of the horizontal and vertical sheets, and the limit The deviation is calculated by the maximum value and minimum value in the actual measurement and the nominal value respectively;

3. Foaming ratio:
The sheet expansion ratio is defined as the ratio of the density of the low-density polyethylene resin to the apparent density of the sheet. The density of the low-density polyethylene resin is calculated as 0.90-0.92g / cm3 (constant value). The determination of the apparent density of the sheet is tested in accordance with the provisions of GB6343. The test requires that the material is not less than 15cm3. Test three groups and take three valid digits; under normal circumstances, the sheet production enterprise calculates according to the following simple method:
Take a piece of 1 square meter of material (that is, the length and width are 1 meter, and the thickness is subject to actual measurement)
A. Length * width = square area (such as 1 meter degree * 1 meter width = 1 square meter)
B. Weigh the weight of this material (in grams)
C. For density determination, divide the weighed gram weight by the thickness of this material to obtain the density (that is, the density of product per square meter, and then convert to cubic meters),
D. Foaming magnification: known polyethylene resin density 0.92g / cm3 divided by sheet density = foaming magnification
To illustrate with examples:
A. One cubic meter sheet with a thickness of 6MMM, which weighs 120 grams; the density of this sheet (gram weight per square cm thickness): 120 grams divided by 6MM = 20g / cm2 is converted to cubic meters per cubic P density is 20KG cubic meters;
B. Calculate the foaming magnification: the density of polyethylene with known constant value is 0.90g / cm3 divided by 20g / cm2 = 45 times
