3. The production process of PVC sheet naturally uses water, don't worry, the water is circulating water, which is a pool we dug in a convenient place in the workshop (pool size gives a reference value such as length 6-8 meters width (2-3 meters depth 2-3 meters) 20 cm above the ground, just covered with a floor slab. Of course, if there are many production lines, you need to add a cooling tower.

4. The problem of electricity. According to reliable information, if a large transformer of more than 315 can be installed as much as possible. The larger the transformer, the more money it saves. Of course, if the full load cannot be produced, the larger transformer will have to pay more. The minimum is 200KW. The function of the plastic mill is: We need to add some hard PVC reclaimed materials in the process of producing PVC sheets. There are two ways for these reclaimed materials, one is flake and the other is powder. The function of the pulverizer is to grind the flake-shaped reclaimed material into a very fine powder material for use. Of course, you can also buy the milled material directly. But from a professional point of view, self-grinding to better reduce material costs is an aspect of profit margin improvement.
