一. Aluminum alloy fixing
1. First cover the wall with a base layer. Commonly used are 3MM plywood, wood board, and fireproof glass magnesium board. Use air nails to nail them to the wall.
2. Then nail the line on the wall. Use aluminum alloy female corners to fix the corners, and then use aluminum alloy tool bars to fix the corners. That is, the aluminum alloy female corner and the aluminum alloy tool bar are respectively nailed to corresponding positions on the wall surface.
3. Then saw the UV board. Cut the UV board into pieces one by one according to the actual required size, and then trim the saw edge with sandpaper to make it smooth and clean.
4. Just insert the UV plate between the aluminum alloy female corner and the tool bar.
2. Installation with wall glue
1. First cover the wall with a base layer, the commonly used is 3MM plywood, wood board, fireproof glass magnesium board. Use air nails to nail them to the wall, and clean the board with sandpaper.
2. Saw board, saw the UV board safety requirements into pieces.
3. Chamfering, pour the four sides of the UV plate to be installed into a 45-degree angle with a chamfering machine. According to the actual installation requirements, some only need to pour two or three sides up and down.
4. Clean the back of the UV board, clean the back of the UV board with sandpaper and a rag.
5. Apply the glue or carpentry glue evenly to the back of the UV board, then stick the UV board flat on the wall, and then gently tap the UV board with your hand to make the UV board stick to the wall firmly.
6.
