After the test pipe section is filled with water, maintain a certain water pressure to fully immerse, pressure immersion for not less than 12 hours, and check the joints for leakage.
At the beginning of the pressing, the pressure rises slowly, and it is checked every time the pressure is increased by 0.2Mpa. When it is close to 0.5Mpa, it is stable for a period of time. The exhaust valve is opened for exhaust, and then the pressure is increased to 0.6Mpa. The test pressure is maintained at a constant pressure for 10 minutes, and then checked . The pipeline should be inspected every time the pressure is increased, and the next step of pressure can be continued without problems.
When the pressure is relieved, the test pressure is reduced to a pressure of 0.7Mpa. At the same time when the water is discharged, the exhaust valve is opened, and the water is discharged to the drainage point. According to the construction requirements, it takes 1-2 days to suppress. The back should be set on the undisturbed soil or artificial back; when the soil is soft, the square wood should be placed in front of the back of the original soil, leveled and compacted to ensure the overall stability of the back.
Pipe fittings such as elbows and tees must be anchored, and the opening of the fork should be blocked tightly to prevent water leakage. The gate section of the test PE shall not use a gate valve as a blocking plate, and shall not have accessories such as fire hydrants, water hammer eliminators, safety valves, etc. The valve is in the fully open form during the test.
