1, saw tube and groove

B: The socket can be filed with a medium-sized board to form a 15 ° -30 ° bevel, the thickness of the bevel is 1 / 3-1 / 2 of the thickness of the pipe wall, and the length is generally not less than 3mm. The debris should be removed after the bevel is completed clean.

2. Depth of pipe end socket

The length of the saw tube is determined layer by layer based on the actual measurement and the size of each connecting pipe. Pipe saw tools should use fine-tooth saws, cutters and pipe cutters. The fracture should be flat and there must be no deformation at the fracture. The socket part to be bonded can be filed into a 15o ~ 30o bevel with a medium-sized board file. The length of the groove is generally not less than 3mm, and the thickness of the groove should be 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the thickness of the pipe wall. 3. Adhesive coating

It is recommended to use our company's special PVC adhesive, dipping the adhesive with a small brush delivered with the adhesive, and brushing the joint surface of the pipe and pipe fittings, the axial coating should be applied, and the action should be applied quickly and evenly. Apply or smear too thick. Special attention should be paid to the construction in winter, the socket should be painted first and then the socket.

4. Connection of socket interface

After the socket is coated with adhesive, the tube should be inserted into the socket in the correct direction immediately, so that the insertion depth of the tube end conforms to the drawn mark, and the straightness and position of the socket interface are correct. It should also be maintained for 2-3 minutes to prevent The interface slips, and the error between the nodes of the prefabricated pipe end should not be greater than 5mm.


5. Maintenance of socket interface

After the socket interface is plugged in, the extruded adhesive should be wiped clean with cotton yarn or dry cloth dipped in detergent. According to the performance of the adhesive and climatic conditions, the joint is allowed to stand and cure.
