Construction and installation
Before pipeline installation, the structure and composition of the building shall be understood, and the design drawings and construction scheme of drainage engineering and the coordination measures with civil engineering shall be familiar.
The horizontal pipe of the riser shall be provided with expansion joint and fixed support as required. The space reserved at the place where the pipe end is inserted into the expansion joint is 5-10 mm in summer and 15-20 mm in winter
The distance between the pipe supports, if the outer diameter of the riser is 50mm, shall not be greater than 1.5m , the outer diameter of 75mm and above shall not be more than 2m, and the horizontal pipe shall not be more than the provisions in the following table:

·The piping and bonding process of pipes must be carried out in accordance with the following provisions:
1. Saw pipe and groove
a. Pipe sawing tools should be fine tooth saw, cutter, pipe cutter and other tools. The cut should be flat and vertical to the pipe body, and there should be no deformation at the section.
b. The socket can be filed into a 15 ° - 30 ° groove with a medium plate file. The groove thickness is 1 / 3-1 / 2 of the pipe wall thickness, and the length is generally not less than 3mm. After the groove is completed, the debris shall be removed.
2. Pipe end socket depth
During piping, the pipe and pipe fittings shall be inserted once, and marks shall be marked on the surface. The depth of pipe inserted into the socket shall not be less than the following table:

3. Adhesive application
Dip the adhesive with a small brush, and brush the joint surface of the pipe and the pipe fitting axially, with the action of quick and even application, and the adhesive to be applied shall be appropriate, without missing or too thick application. During winter construction, special attention shall be paid to coating the socket first and then the spigot.
4. Connection of socket
After the socket is coated with adhesive, the direction shall be aligned immediately and the pipe shall be inserted into the socket, so that the insertion depth of the pipe end conforms to the mark drawn, and the straightness and position of the socket interface shall be ensured to be correct. It shall also be kept for 2-3 minutes to prevent the interface from slipping. The error between the prefabricated pipe end nodes shall be less than 5mm.
5. Maintenance of socket joint
After the socket joint is connected, the extruded adhesive shall be wiped clean with cotton yarn or dry cloth dipped with detergent. According to the properties of the adhesive and the climatic conditions, the interface is still cured. During construction in winter or rainy season, the curing time shall be extended appropriately.

Connection and installation
There are three main connection methods of PVC drainage pipe: sealing rubber ring, bonding and flange connection
1.PVC Rubber ring joint is generally used for pipes with diameter of 100mm or above;
2.PVC For pipes with drainage pipe diameter less than 100 mm, adhesive joints are generally used, and some flexible joints are also used;
3.PVC When the drain pipe crosses the sewer or other pipes, the metal pipe is generally used. At this time, the plastic pipe and the metal pipe are connected by flange. The connection between the front and back of the valve and the pipe is also connected by flange
Precautions for installation of PVC drainage pipe
1.PVC The length of drain pipe shall be determined layer by layer according to the actual measurement and combined with the size of each connecting pipe
2.PVC The fine tooth saw, cutter, pipe cutter and other tools should be selected for the pipe saw of drainage pipe. The fracture surface should be flat and there should be no deformation at the fracture surface
3.PVC The socket part of the drain pipe to be bonded can be filed into a 15O ~ 30o groove with a medium plate file. The groove length is generally not less than 3mm, and the groove thickness should be 1 / 3 ~ 1 / 2 of the pipe wall thickness. After the groove is completed, the debris should be removed
4.PVC After the socket joint of the drain pipe is connected, the extruded adhesive shall be wiped with cotton yarn or dry cloth dipped with a little acetone and other cleaning agents. According to the performance of the adhesive and the climatic conditions, it shall be kept until the joint is cured
5.PVC The curing time of drainage pipe shall be extended properly during winter construction
