2. When the raw material of packing belt is extruded and plasticized, a porous plate and a filter screen shall be added before the machine simplification, and the mesh number and layer number of the screen shall be determined according to the requirements of the working conditions of the raw material and belt; the mesh number shall be greater than 80 mesh.
3. The belt blank of the packing belt production line shall be perpendicular to the water surface and enter into the water tank. If the strip width is too wide, the distance from the die to the liquid level shall be increased or the speed of the traction drawing roller shall be increased properly; if the width of the strip is insufficient, the distance from the die to the liquid level shall be reduced or the speed of the traction drawing roller shall be reduced properly. If necessary, the size of the extruding amount of the melt can be changed by adjusting the rotating speed of the screw, so that the width of the strip can be adjusted
