PC boardPolycarbonate (PC), abbreviated as PC, is a kind of colorless and transparent qualitative thermoplastic material. Its name comes from its internal CO3 group.
PP board: polypropylene (PP) board, (PP pure board, modified PP board, reinforced PP board, PP electrode) pure PP board: small density, easy to weld and process, superior chemical resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance, non-toxic, tasteless is one of the engineering plastics that most meet the requirements of environmental protection. The main colors are white, computer color, other colors can also be customized according to customer requirements. Application scope: acid and alkali resistant equipment, environmental protection equipment, waste water and waste gas discharge equipment, washing tower, dust-free room, semiconductor plant and related industrial equipment are also the preferred materials for manufacturing plastic water tank, among which PP thick plate is widely used for stamping plate, punch base plate, etc.
PE board: Polyethylene board. PE sheet is a kind of thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity and non polarity. The appearance of HDPE is milky white and translucent to a certain extent.
PVC board: polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic is a polymer made of vinyl chloride monomer through free radical polymerization. Its English name is PVC for short. PVC board is made of PVC with honeycomb mesh structure. It is a kind of vacuum plastic film, which is used for the surface packaging of various types of panels, so it is also called decorative film and adhesive film, which is applied to many industries such as building materials, packaging, medicine, etc. Among them, building materials industry accounts for the largest proportion, accounting for 60%, followed by packaging industry, and several other small-scale application industries. According to the degree of hardness, it can be divided into soft PVC and hard PVC. According to the manufacturing process, it can be divided into PVC skinned foam board and PVC free foam board.
ABS board is a new material in the plate industry. Its full name is acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene copolymer board. Acrylonitrile butdiene styrene is the most widely used polymer with the largest output at present. It unifies all kinds of properties of PS, San and BS, and has excellent mechanical properties of toughness, hardness and rigid phase balance.
