Working principle of EPE pearl cotton plastic foaming machine

Pearl cotton foaming machine is mainly used to produce EPE pearl cotton sheet and profile. LDPE resin is melted and mixed with butane gas, talcum powder, anti shrinkage agent and other additives. It is extruded by extruder and foamed in die head and die lip, then fixed sheet size by setting ring. The final product is rolled by receiving roller.
Working principle of pearl cotton foaming machine: plastic particles → formula mixing → heating extrusion → foaming agent injection → mixing plasticization → extrusion → cooling molding → sizing and cutting → cooling traction → flattening → winding → finished product Firstly, polyethylene and other raw materials are mixed evenly, put into the hopper of the extruder, melt and mix through the extruder with large length diameter ratio, and at the same time, high pressure is injected into the middle of the extruder with foaming gas and molten monoglyceride, which are evenly mixed with the plastic that has been melted and mixed, extruded by the head and die, and then formed into foam sheet (film) products after cooling, traction, flattening and winding.
A brief introduction to the composition of pearl cotton foaming machine:
1、 Feed section, raw materials are fed into extruder by feed section, including hopper, screw, barrel, main motor of extruder, etc., and AC motor is connected with main screw through reducer.
2、 Forming heating section, principle of pearl cotton foaming machine forming heating section: this part is equipped with heating mechanism and cooling device to gradually cool down the plasticized raw materials until the raw materials are extruded through the screw. The feeding parts of butane pump and anti shrinkage agent pump are equipped with a one-way valve to prevent reverse flow of raw materials, so as to ensure production safety.
3、 The plasticizing heating section is equipped with a high-power heating ring to melt DPE resin particles and push the melted resin forward through a screw.
4、 In the die head part, the melted material is extruded from this part. As soon as the raw material passes through the die lip,  bubbles begin to appear. The thickness of EPE pearl cotton sheet depends on the die lip and traction speed.
5、 The traction roller, which is drawn from the sheet stretched out by the set drum, enters this part of the traction. The traction speed shall be kept balanced. The traction roller is equipped with a variable-frequency speed regulating motor to facilitate the adjustment of the traction speed.
6、 The setting drum provides cooling air through the fan in this part.
7、 Rotation type material receiving roller is equipped with meter meter meter with fixed sheet length.
