It has never been repaired, and it can be seen that mud and sand are washed away, which does not affect the life of the plastic corrugated pipe. 3 Actual effect The wall thickness of the plastic corrugated pipe heat exchanger is only 0.8mm, and the heat exchange effect is enhanced. Due to the existence of plastic corrugated pipe, not only the heat exchange area is enlarged, but more importantly, the liquid continues to turbulent as it flows through the tube, which greatly increases the heat exchange effect. Under equal conditions, the coefficient of the reserved channel of the prestressed plastic wave tube is significantly smaller than the coefficient of the reserved channel of the metal corrugated pipe, which reduces the loss of prestress during the tension process. In general, the coefficient of plastic corrugated pipe is 0.14, and the coefficient of metal corrugated pipe is 0.25; the prestressed plastic corrugated pipe have high strength, are not afraid of stepping, are not easily broken by vibration, and have high sealing and anti-leakage functions For metal corrugated pipe, it is more suitable for vacuum grouting;
3. The prestressed plastic corrugated pipe are not conductive, which can prevent the corrosion of stray current, and the metal is a good conductor of electricity;
4. The prestressed plastic corrugated pipe has a better work resistance function, which can greatly improve the fatigue resistance of components.
